The Fireplace-
Yeah!!! Our Fireplace has been in for about two weeks and I LOVE IT. It was a long and cold process, and living through the cold spell was really difficult for me- I DO NOT LIKE to be COLD. But the weather the week after we actually got it installed were wonderful- but we still had a fire. It was so nice to finally be warm!
And it is nice to say that we did it all- well mostly Trent - because he wouldn't really let me help and we did have help from others in our ward. So here it is... (Ethan took the pictures so they are a bit crooked but he loves to take pictures)
This is part of our woodpile - It is huge and I really don't look forward to stacking it but it makes things look much nicer.- That is also where we tried to grow our garden.
This is where we stack about 3 cord next to the garage so that is it out of the snow. Ethan was such a good helper he was great at stacking the wood and filling up the wheel barrow
This is the wood that we stacked just out our back door- easy access. For me this a beautiful think because it means warmth and comfort. It is funny how I enjoy a nicely stacked pile of wood. Now that this major project has been completed we will warm for the winter and I can finally really clean my house.

Your fireplace turned out Very nice!! Tell Trent he did a great job. That is a lot of wood. Isn't it great how much help your child can give? I miss my extra help, I know that has been a couple of years ago. But it is certainly worth it's price in gold to have your children's help.
Your fire place looks very nice. Good job Trent! I am happy to hear you will be warm now!
nice work on the firepalce
The fireplace looks EXCELLENT!
That's why I had children so they could do the chores around the house! HAHAHA (you think I'm joking) Hey it was great to see you the other day!! Tell Trent I loved his shower picture(I'm saving it for blackmail.) Be sure you know how to start a fire so you can have it whenever you want (as if you don't know that the men will not use the fireplace unless it is absolutely the last source of heat. jk! Maybe you wont need it as much this year since you have your therMOMiture. (way excited about that you'll have to name it after me.haha Well hope to see you again in Logan sometime. Take care.
There is just something about having a fire in your home that is very warming and gives you a feeling of security. I remember growing up and my favorite part about winter was the very cold evenings and the very warm fire. Enjoy! Nice job Trent!
